Its been a hard year. . . In the last few days Hawke hasn't improved and a surgery or adjustment seem near imminent.

We keep praying and hoping in Jesus as anything is possible in Christ! Here is a text from my wife that brings joy ;-).

"The boyz were super cute tonight!!! Hawke got into the smaller suitcase & Canyon was shutting the lid on him & Hawke was laughing. It was so nice to hear him laugh!!!"

The last new shunt by codman was released to The American market in late 2012. It took Codman 8 years to receive FDA approval. 8 years!!!  Meanwhile it was being used in Europe.  The 510 K process is what the FDA calls the new small medical device approval process
